I didn't bring my camera into the concert but here are a couple pictures of us when we went to California Pizza Kitchen for Dinner and when we got to the E-Center for the Concert!!

The Killers Concert Rocked!! Kyle bought me front row tickets for my birthday!! I love him so much!! :)

Fun Day at the State Fair

This is a picture of the Ventriloquist at the state fair on September 19, 2009. The women on the right is my friend Sarah's mom, Teresa. the Ventriloquist was wanting someone who can rap to come up on stage and sing and Teresa started to point to Kyle for him to rap, Kyle doesn't rap so he didn't want to. The Ventriloquist noticed Teresa trying to get Kyle to go up there. The Ventriloquist turned to Teresa and said "You girl, in the purple shirt, why don't you come up here" Teresa looked at him and said "no, pick Kyle" the Ventriloquist started to laugh and and finally convinced Teresa tocome up on stage to rap.

And here is Kyle and I enjoying every minute of this Ventriloquist concert! :) The Ventriloquist concert was just the opening show for what we really came there for. We really came to the State Fair to watch my friend Brady's Cousins Country Band named Eric Dodge. The main singer of the band and one of the guitarists are brothers and they are both Brady's Cousins. They were so good!!

Anniversary Week

So today marks an anniversary for me, I have been working here, at America First Credit Union, for 3 years now! That is some accomplishment, the longest I have stayed at a job! I am kind of proud of myself, but it also opened my eyes a little bit, I love working at my branch, all of my friends work there, but, what do I want to do when I grow up? Will I be working at America First my whole life? Or will I get another job? Doing what? I have no idea what I would even want to do.

Also, I am proud to announce, yesterday, my dad marked a 2 year anniversary of no Chewing Tobacco! My whole life my mom and I have been asking my dad, no, begging my dad to stop. He had always tried but it never worked. Well, on September 16, 2007, my dad decided to quit cold turkey on his own and hasn't touched it since! I am so proud of my dad, I will always envy my dad for doing that. I know it wasn't easy at all for him. I love you dad!

Computers...It's a love hate relationship

So...I have had my laptop, that my parents gave me for my graduation present, since May 2006. I love it, but the only problem with it is that the memory just seems to disappear from my laptop. I only had about 500 pictures on my 12G laptop and it said 1 week ago that I only had 700MB left on it. I don't know where all that space is going. Kyle said that he would format it for me, but the next day he called me and told me that there was some issues and that we would have to take it to a professional.

So my laptop has been in the shop for 1 week now and I have been so lost without it! Kyle bought me a dozen roses and a 120G Zune (like an IPOD but better! ;) lol) and I haven't been able to play with it or put songs on it or anything...I also haven't been able to post pictures on here and I apologise, once I get some free time from work and school I will post some pictures! :) Till then, Just enjoy my random posts! :)

P.s. Kyle is such a doll, he is the best boyfriend anyone could ever have, he treats me like a Queen! I love him so much!

Ready For School?

Fall 2008 was the last time I went to school, I took Spring 2009 and Summer 2009 off. I am now going back to school this Fall 2009. In a way I'm excited but in a way I'm kind of stressed and not wanting to go. If I pass all 5 of my classes this semester I can get my associates of General Sciences. That'll be exciting! Classes I'm taking this semester:

Spanish 1010
Math 1030
Economic 1010
Anthropology 1000
Dance 1010

All kind of hard classes, I've been strugling with Math, so I am praying and hoping that I will pass all my classes!! Wish me good luck this semester!! I start Monday 08/24/09.

LiFe

Life right now is going well!

Starting this last Tuesday, my best friend Jamie and I have been jogging around our neighborhood park! So far we have only gotten one good morning of running, it has been too cold for us to run, so we have been mostly speed walking. It gives Jamie and I a chance to catch up on life and to get some good exercising in as well!

Kyle has been a doll like usual! This last week i was sick with who knows what, some kind of head cold, and he felt so bad for me since I couldn't get out of the house to do anything, that he came over with a dozen orange roses! I think they are my knew favorite rose! When I got the dozen roses, one was broken off the stem. Kyle couldn't believe that he didn't notice that when he bought them. I told him that it turned out for the better. We put the 11 roses into a vase in the middle of the table to look at and then we sat down to watch a movie, and the whole time we were watching the movie, I was holding the rose that was broken off the stem. It was so relaxing to smell that rose that it made me feel a lot better. My mom thought it was so cute that he brought me over some roses that she acted as if she had a cold and started coughing and told my dad that she was sick and that my dad should go get her a dozen roses as well! We all four had a good laugh with that!

I feel bad because I have been so busy this last week that I haven't been home to spend time with my parents. I am glad that it is the weekend, but now that I have time to be home, my parents are now in Deer Valley to surprise my Uncle with his "40th" Birthday! I'm glad that it is Mothers Day this Sunday, that way my parents and I can spend time with each other and have some fun!

Easter

So Easter was way fun!! Easter lasted about 3 days for us though, lol!!

On Friday, April 10, Taylor, Kyle's little brother Taylor, and I colored 2 dozen Easter eggs, while Kyle had to work. When Kyle got off work we both colored about 1/2 dozen eggs and saved the other 1/2 for Kyle's nephew, Kayson! there were so many eggs!!! lol

On Saturday we all woke up REALLY early for a Saturday and went Easter egg hunting!! Taylor and Randy, Both are Kyle's little brothers, did the hunting!! Clinton had the whole field sectioned off for each age group. Taylor, since he is 6, went in the group of 6 year old. Randy is 15 years old, however, went to the special needs section since he has Cerebral Palsy. They both got really fun stuff on there hunt, Taylor got 8 Easter eggs full of candy inside and Randy got a stuffed animal and some candy too!! It was all great fun!! :)

On Sunday, Easter, My mom, dad, Kyle, and I all went to Easter Sunday mass with my whole family, aunts, uncles, cousin and my grandma. After church, we all went to Mimi's Cafe for Lunch, that was fun!! We all passed around gifts for each other!! :) The waitress joked that we acted as if it was Christmas and all of us laughed!! My mom happened to have an extra gift with no name on it and gave it to the waitress, she looked so happy!! At first she didn't want to take the gift but my mom talked her into it!! lol!! :) After Mimi's Cafe, Kyle and I went to Kyle's house for Easter Dinner, ham and potato soup!! Yum!! After dinner, we watched a movie called Napoleon, it is about a dog going on an adventure, it is a cute movie!! Apparently, I'm the only one that has ever seen it, lol!! We all enjoyed that movie!! :)

Working More Hours

So, starting today, I'll be working 12 hour shifts a day. This will be way fun! Not. Lets just say that I'm use to working 20 hr weeks, then last month I started working 40 hr weeks, I was just getting use to that and now I'll be starting to work 60 hr weeks! We'll see how exhausted I'm going to be at the end of this week! Don't get me wrong, I like doing what I'm doing and I like the pay, of course, but I've never worked that much in my life! I better be saving up my money, this pay won't last forever, that's for sure!! :)

Winter Weather? I thought it was SPRING!

So I thought it was spring, but I guess it's not quite spring yet...it snowed about 3 inches today in 2 hours, it was ridiculous! Yesterday we were talking about how wonderful the weather was, sunny, 50 degree weather with flowers and trees blooming...not today. So wake me up when summer is here!

Valentines Day

Today is Valentines Day!! I've been looking forward to today for a LONG while!! :)

First off, it started snowing this morning. I do NOT like the snow at ALL, especially driving in it!! Kyle knows this, so while I got ready for work, Kyle called about 15 min. before I usually leave for work and said that he was in my driveway to drive me to work!! :) Isn't he the sweetest guy on the planet?!?! I'm glad he drove because it was crazy slick out on the road!! Since he had 4-wheel-drive, it wasn't as bad.

When I got off work, Kyle wasn't there to pick me up at first. Chels and I sat in her car talking about what we had planned for the weekend. I then saw Kyle turn the corner. When he pulled up he opened the door for me and on the seat in front of me was a singing valentine card, a stuffed heart, a dozen roses, and a HUGE Toblerone chocolate bar!! :) He really knows what I like!!

After Kyle picked me up from work, he took me to my house so I could get freshened up for the night. When I was done with that we went over to Kyle's house so he can open up the presents I got him. I got him a Nintendo Wallet that he's been wanting. After that he told me to stay up stars for a sec. I knew he was probably getting something he didn't want me to see but my surprise present was downstairs in his room as well. So I followed him, along with Garrett. He kept looking at me like, 'what are you doing?' so Garrett and I kept smiling! :) When Kyle finally got to his room he told us to not come inside because he had to get something. When he opened his door, there it was, his new (REALLY CHEAP) Computer Desk! Garrett put it in his room while he came to pick me up, it was a real surprise to him!! After we hugged he told me to PLEASE go upstairs, I did. When he came up, he held in his hands, 3 movies I've been wanting so badly!! House Bunny, What Happens in Vegas, and P.S. I Love You!! :) I was so excited!!

For Dinner, we decided to do Chinese Take Out! We both love Chinese so we thought that was a great idea!! So we drove over to Hello China, a place that my friends dad owns, and got the best Chinese food on the planet there!! But first we stopped in the dollar store. Kyle picked up some candles and a balloon bouquet!! :) After we got done picking up the Food we went back to his house and lit some candles and ate some great Chinese food!!

Our friends Dane and JellyBean Came over after we ate dinner. JellyBean and I watched Harry Potter 3 while the boys put up Kyle's new Computer Desk!! :)

We had so much fun!! This will DEFINITELY be a Valentines to remember!!

GO UTES!!

GO UTES!!! I have a rewards night tonight and our entertainment is the U of U against BYU and Kyle and I are rooting for the UTES!!! Woot!!!

New Puppy!!

So Yesterday Kyle, Garrett (Kyle's younger brother), and I went to a concert and had such a great time!

We saw the bands:
~Local H (1:50pm)
~Ludo (2:25pm)
~10 Years (3:10pm)
~Trapt (3:45pm)
~Atreyu (4:20pm)

So when we came back Kyle, Garrett and I all went and had pizza at Kyle's house and started to get all relaxed when my mom called and told me that there was a Jack Russell puppy over at my house and that my dad found her on KSL.

This shocked me because I have been wanting a dog for awhile now and my mom and dad told me no, that I'm never home, I'm either working or going to school. So when my mom told me about this dog being over at my house I got excited!! Kyle and I raced home and found her.

Her name is Hannah, she is four and a half years old and she is just so cute! She was free. She is micro chipped and is spayed. Her mom was papered but her dad was not, so since her parents were not both papered she is not. We don't know for sure if she is pure bread or not. She looks like she could have a mix of another breed, but don't know for sure. She is very calm. She has never been spoiled though, never had treats, never been played with a toy. She doesn't even know what to do with a toy and she doesn't like treats. But she is very cute!!

New Blockbuster Assistant Manager

Kyle has a new job as an assistant manager at Blockbuster! Congratulations Kyle! Kyle started on September 22!

Kyle likes working there now because one of his many best friends also is an assistant manager there and it is also just up the street from where he lives so he can just walk to Blockbuster! Kyle says that the people that work there are very nice and friendly to him and everyone else around.

So if anyone ever wants to rent a movie, go see Kyle and he'll help you find the right movie just for you!

Excited for Halloween

Kyle and I are so excited about Halloween!!! We have decided that we are going to be Fred and Wilma Flintstone for Halloween!!! How exciting is that? Our friends birthday is around Halloween so we are doing a Halloween birthday party over at her and her new husbands house! The only part that is difficult to decide on is how I am going to do Wilma's hair!!! I don't like wearing wigs and I don't want to dye my hair red!!! But I will think of a way, I will!! I will also be taking lots of pictures so everyone will see our costumes and our friends costumes and how cool the party is going to be!! :) Well we're off to go play games with our friends so we will be back soon to update you on our life :)
